The new "quirk" seems to be that the manage_options get inherited downwards as well (in a kinda additive way). I'm yet to figure this one out as i did little to change the manage_tabs stuff... Anyway it would be nice if i could get some comments etc. about the patch, do people think this is the right way to go? etc.?
