Jim wants a Z3 sprint at the Zope Corp headquarters in Fredericksburg
(a mere hour south of DC).  I think it's also very likely that some
people will spontaneously sprint at PyCon in DC.  If there's enough
demand (and/or if people will pay for the space) we can get space at
the PyCon venue the two or three days before the conference proper for
an extended sprint.
