WriteLockInterface and PluggableIndexInterface.
You might want to grep through CMF 1.6 or CMF 2.0 to adjust your
assumptions. IFAwareObjectManager is used in several places.
Yep, and building on CMF, CPS 3.4 now uses it too (with Zope 3 interfaces of
course).
