the above example fails, because `now` contains the microseconds, but
`ISO8601` doesn't include them:
>>> now - DateTime(now.ISO8601())
1.9525578703703702e-06
>>> now, DateTime(now.ISO8601())
(DateTime('2010/03/05 11:16:9.168701 GMT+1'),
DateTime('2010/03/05 11:16:09 GMT+1'))
