The 'handle_errors=False' code was broken in Zope < 2.8.2 (the errors
were being handled willy-nilly).

Because the tests are about how the response is actually rendered to the
browser, I think we *should* tell the test framework to handle errors,
which converts the Unauthorized traceback to an HTTP 401.
