The important part is:
     "A copy of the ZPL should accompany this distribution."

I couldn't care less, but Ubuntu and Debian get very antsy if you ignore
this point.

Hmm, I'd hate for the license file to pollute the root directory of every, single project. Perhaps we can decide to put it in the src directory instead. Comments?

We want schooltool to be distributed in Ubuntu, and schooltool depends
zope.html.

But actually, now, I see that there is no copyright headers in any file
in zope.html. So I guess I have to either revert my commit, or add the
headers.

ZPL headers would be appreciated, thanks.
