There is no other information to indicate why as far as we can
tell. No exceptions, nothing.
This won't fix the actual problem in the Zope 3 code, but since it's
obvious that this access is for malicious purposes (a CONNECT
request) you should block the originating IP. That will at least
prevent it for now.
