Hi Kathy,
open a command shell, change to the dir, where the wampum file resides.
Enter 'dir' and you'll probably find out that the file ends with the
extension '???.tar'.
copy the file from '???.tar' to '???.tar.gz'.
Then try to open the copied file with WinZip.
