(snip) These are warnings intended to help developers fix a common mistake: misspelling a security declaration. They are harmless to you, the user. It looks like IssueTracker programatically modifies the IssueTracker class on startup to populate it with some templates, by calling a function addTemplates2Class(); and "index_html" et al. get added to it at that time. That's a little unusual, and I'm not sure what motivated it, but certainly there could be good reasons... Unfortunately, the security declarations have already been evaluated by then, hence the warnings.
