To use './bin/easy_install', ou need to follow 'INSTALL-virtualenv.rst',
but read between the lines.  E.g.

  $ $ bin/easy_install \
    --index-url=http://download.zope.org/Zope2/index/2.13.23 Zope2

If you want to use pip:

  $ ./bin/pip install \

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zopefoundation/Zope/2.13.23/requirements.txt
