Public bug reported:

The following query:

let $x := <msg>hello world</msg>
return $x contains text "hello" ftand "world" same sentence

incorrectly returns "false" because tokenizer incorrectly increments the
sentence number when there are no more characters without encountering a
sentence terminating character.
