Ok, on a second refresh, it did succeed. (Worth noting that it's now
3:00AM on a Saturday, so it's also possible that Launchpad is less busy
than it was this afternoon...)

I think getting this error may scare people off of Launchpad, so it'd be
in your best interests to improve the hardware situation at least a
little bit for staging, but I guess you probably knew that... anyway, I
don't believe this problem is preventing me from moving forward with my
bug import requests anymore, so you can close this issue if you wish.
Thanks.

Title:
  bugs.staging.launchpad.net is broken

Status in Launchpad itself:
  New
Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  New

Bug description:
  Visiting this site just gives:

  "Timeout error
Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.

We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible.
  Apologies for the inconvenience.

Trying again in a couple of minutes might work.

  (Error ID: OOPS-2099STAGING211)"

It has been giving this error for at least 24 hours now. This is
preventing me from examining my bugs import from Sourceforge and
requesting a new import, which is in turn holding up our ability to
release a new version of our software (Zorba), so it is very important
  to us.
