This may be a dupe of https://bugs.launchpad.net/zorba/+bug/872958 -
certainly fixing that bug would render this one moot. Should it be
marked as such?

Title:
3 core Zorba tests depend on non-core modules

Status in Zorba - The XQuery Processor:
  New

Bug description:
test/rbkt/zorba/file/dirname_basename - depends on system module
test/update/zorba/store/sc2_ex - depends on csv module
test/update/zorba/store/sc3 - depends on csv and json

These tests prevent clean test runs unless the corresponding modules
are installed. We should have some standardized way to detect which
modules exist, and mark these as expected failures if the correct
  modules aren't there.
