The proposal to merge lp:~zorba-coders/zorba/fix-rq-28msec into lp:zorba has been updated.
Description changed to: This module is not imported by anything; it is only used for checking zorbacmd's -l (compile library module) flag. So the namespace URI can be anything. I just changed it to a different site due to the changes in the way 28msec.com handles unknown URLs. (Why this test case contacted 28msec.com *at all* is a different bug.)
