Bug description:
I've got a build failure in bin/debugger/process_listener.cpp and other files
of that folder due to missing fork().
I fix it by including <unistd.h> in "process_listener.h" (patch provided).
OS: ArchLinux
Compiler: gcc-4.7.0
Zorba version: 2.2.0
BTW, there is zorba AUR package for ArchLinux, so you can reference it from
the download page.
