About the patches:
From the 0001-Add-headers-for-kill-2.patch I could include
<sys/types.h>, but this would not remove the need for the patch because
it does not feel right to include both <csignal> and <signal.h>. Isn't
there a more elegant way of declaring 'kill', or at least some macro to
conditionally include <signal.h> on Solaris only?
The 0002-Use-test-f-instead-of-e.patch breaks an (undocumented)
functionality of zutils; creating a directory named /etc/zutilsrc
prevents zutils from both overwriting it on installation and reading it
on startup.
