[9fans] nedmail a vs. r

[erik quanstrom]

with the "r" command, nedmail gives marshal the -R flag.
this tells marshal to fill out the in-reply-to: header.
the "a" command does not do this.

is this an oversite, or is there some reason fi'm missing?
