As for knowledge of the solution, well, most people are unaware of PKI, and the story about how we can get to accountability with privacy has to start with an explanation of how PKI works, how it's bigger than technology, and how to deploy it so that it delivers what it's supposed to.

We've been working for years on ways to shorten that story.

I have to agree, it would be wonderful to be able to get to the point more quickly.
