<On my Linux box I'm filtering with procmail.> SpamPal works on Windows systems. It behaves as an e-mail server that gets between e-mail addresses and any Windows e-mail program in use. It ain't perfect, but can be configured to filter most spam. There are probably other programs that do a similar job.
