Hi! You have not asked to attempt for practical exam, because NIELIT‘s policy is that, visually impaired are not permitted for practical exams, which is totally wrong if you ask my point of you. Its reason is that, there are no much barriers to do the practical of computer application, even totally blind R mode familiar with practical computer application, even one of my relatives friend is a computer engineer and is totally blind.
