We currently do not have LDAP configured to allow authentications however it does contain our Authorities, so we
autheniticate from elsewhere. Once authed, is there a way to use the DefaultLdapAuthoritiesPopulator in conjuction
with the DefaultInitialDirContextFactory to allow me retrieve the authorities without authenticating as that user.
From the looks of it, the BindAuthenticator auths and binds then builds the GrantedAuthorities. I don't want to auth
and bind.
