By looking at the interrupt table on Win7, I think Windows handles IRQ completely differently. Maybe it doesn't look at _PRT at all, it just thinks "hey, there's a IT8892E, so let's do build the interrupts table this way" - if that's possible. But as I mentioned earlier, I RMA'd the mobo and got my money back. So I can't assist you any further with any sorts of dumps.
