dmesg with resume issue

The issue occured on a brand new Dell Inspiron 14 7425 2-in-1 laptop equipped
with Ryzen 7 5825U processor, an updated AMD Cezanne series named Brados. After
a short time, resuming took about 60 seconds to execute.
