I am setting up a new machine and am trying to update the modules via ppm,
but am getting a "forbidden" error when using ppm. I am able to download
the modules using Internet Explorer though...
C:\>ppm update Tk
Tk 804.029 (have 804.028)
Downloading Tk-804.029...forbidden
C:\>ppm install Win32::PerfMon
Downloading Win32-PerfMon.0.07-Perl5.6...forbidden
ppm install failed: 403 Forbidden
Any idea as to what is causing this error?
