I would like to inform you that you cannot get the segments.product_brand field with the campaign, ad_group and ad_group_ad resources as they do not support it. It appears that you can get segments.product_brand field only with the shopping_performance_view resource. I would recommend that you refer to this Google Ads Query builder to build your query using the shopping_performance_view resource. Hope this helps.
