I haven't followed the subject lately but there is a very recent book published by Springer:
Apostolos Syropoulos, Hypercomputation: Computing beyond the Church-Turing barrier, Springer, 2008. However, I am afraid that I find it very mediocre in all aspects (from full of typos to wrong argumentations). I am writing a review for ACM right now...
