dear all, someone told me that there was a "non-official" patch that makes the on-board sound hardware on a k7s5a-board (the sis735 chipset, containing the sis7012. is there any support by alsa? i know that meanwhile oss released a new "low-level" driver, but i think their policy of making people "purchase" this for USD 15,- is simply unbearable. i paid for the oss licence, do i have to pay for any new soundcard now? but i should ask oss people...
