Hi there,

I have a PCI Hammerfall HD9632 which works fine under Windows XP. I'm trying not to run Windows XP any more :) I'm having a few problems getting this up and running under SuSE 9.0. I do also have a Soundblaster Live in the same PC.

I've compiled and installed version 1.04 of ALSA successfully (so far as I am aware). When I try to modprobe hdsp I get the following:

My card is a 9632 and all this code seems to be built for the 9652, but I'm presuming that's OK. Checking /var/log/messages I can see that each modprobe is producing:

Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. Save me from Windows!!
