That was my first attempt. I am in fact using the MYNETS Policy, but in there I don't know how to make an exception for certain senders of banned attachments. This would at least insure that the mail comes form inside the MYNETS network. > Are you refering to incoming or outgoing mail? For outgoing mail > one can load a policy bank based on client's IP address. I am referring to outgoing mail. But I misunderstood the variable bypass_banned_checks_acl, as this is for defining recipients and not senders. > With the AM.PDP protocol, there is another way of loading a > policy bank. The AM.PDP request can specify a list of policy > banks to be loaded, e.g.: > policy_bank=SMTP_AUTH,TLS,ORIGINATING,MYNETS,... I am using SMTP_AUTH, ORIGINATING, MYNETS, but I still don't know how to make an exception for outgoing mails from specific senders. Is there a map or variable I could use inside the MYNETS policy, or would I have to come up with a new policy? Any suggestions, Many thanks in any case, .peter ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Crystal Reports - New Free Runtime and 30 Day Trial Check out the new simplified licensing option that enables unlimited royalty-free distribution of the report engine for externally facing server and web deployment. http://p.sf.net/sfu/businessobjects _______________________________________________ AMaViS-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/amavis-user AMaViS-FAQ:http://www.amavis.org/amavis-faq.php3 AMaViS-HowTos:http://www.amavis.org/howto/
