amavis will apply a blacklist per site (match @.) or per domain (match

if your subset is per domain, you can create an '@domain.com' record
(local = 'Y'), and use that user id as the rid.
or, what does it matter, since wblist and mailaddr are normalized, just
create additional wblist entries where rid == your subset.
