I am trying to tune amavisd-new and wanted to know:
Should I double the amount of "$max_servers" if I have two
"$inet_socket_port" configured?
For example, If my amavisd.conf is:
-----------------------------------
$max_servers = 10;
$max_requests = 10;
$inet_socket_port = [10024, 10026];
Should my master.cf be like:
----------------------------
spamcheck unix - - n - 10 smtp
-o smtp_data_done_timeout=1200
-o disable_dns_lookups=yes
-o smtp_send_xforward_command=yes
smtp-amavis unix - - n - 10 smtp
-o smtp_data_done_timeout=1200
-o disable_dns_lookups=yes
-o smtp_send_xforward_command=yes
OR MORE LIKE THAT:
spamcheck unix - - n - 5 smtp
-o smtp_data_done_timeout=1200
-o disable_dns_lookups=yes
-o smtp_send_xforward_command=yes
smtp-amavis unix - - n - 5 smtp
-o smtp_data_done_timeout=1200
-o disable_dns_lookups=yes
-o smtp_send_xforward_command=yes
