You got it wrong, the bypass_spam_checks_maps (like most other _maps,
with few exceptions) work on envelope recipient address, not on sender.
Such address is genuine and valid by definition - mail is to be delivered
there.

This was probably confused with whitelists, which indeed work
on sender addresses and can easily be forged.
