No, there is no such option - apart from hacking the code.

I'm not expecting such need, as logging all records is needed
for penpals and bounce killer features, and also it is common that
ham messages are only a fraction of all mail, so savings are probably
not worth the crippled functionality.

Depends on which settings you have in mind. Per-recipient behaviour is
typically configurable through @_maps settings. Per-sender or per-source
settings are typically configurable through policy banks.

If you mean SQL logging configurability, it is only global
(except for %sql_clause, which is also per-policy-bank).
