Comment out LocalSocket:

Add TCPSocket if it's missing:
TCPSocket 3310
You need this:
AllowSupplementaryGroups yes
The clamav user needs to a member of the same group that the
amavisd-new user belongs to.
You must be running clamav 0.95 or newer. Older versions will not start up.
