The problem seems to be solved! I did not see one error message

the last couple of days. If somebody else runs into this issue, I 

did the following things:

 

- Added  smtp_connection_cache_enable = 0 

- Added smtp_connection_cache_on_demand = 0 (this gave me

  error messages, removed it again)

- Upgraded libtool 1.5 to 2.2

- Upgraded Posftfix to 2.7.0

- Upgraded p5-Mail-DKIM

- Upgraded Amavisd-new to 2.6.4
