I get your point. But it would been nice, if it is in my responsibility to 
decide whether it is worth to use the backscatter killer feature without pen 
pals and risk false positives by crippled message ids or not. By that I assume 
that it isn't possible to enable the bounce killer feature without pen pals, 
is it?
