Your syntax for @spam_subject_tag2_maps does not look right to me (but
I really do not know Perl).
I would try:
#$sa_spam_subject_tag = "TAGGED SPAM";
@spam_subject_tag2_maps = ('some other text ');
Or simply:
$sa_spam_subject_tag = 'some other text ';
