In any case What does Variant mean in "ByVal DefFileName As Variant"? I take
ByVal = By Value.

AA functions are the members of ANALYSIS object, not application.
Application.Import is for importing Quotation data only.

The doc seems to suggest that it is possible using OLE to import to AA an
HTML file that was previously exported and shows this in that section of the
doc .

Application

Methods:

* Function Import(ByVal Type As Integer, ByVal FileName As String,
[ByVal DefFileName As Variant]) As Long

Can anyone provide any clues as to what TYPE is and the format the filename
should be in i.e. c:\...\...\x.html ? or c:\\...\\...\\x.html ? or
c:/.../.../x.html ? or c://...//...//x.html ? or ?
