[amsat-bb] AMSAT Journal No Joy in EM63

I too did not receive the latest issue of the AMSAT Journal as of yet. 
Thought it might just be me, so didn't want to complain. It is something 
to look forward to! Great job to Martha, Jo Anne, and everyone involved. 
The authors deserve a lot of thanks as well.
