I accidentally managed to reproduce the strange characters bug! It happens when you try to connect over port 80!
However, I am at home now and don't want to perform binary search on the versions. We know that 0.94 works and that June's version has the bug. Does anyone want to find the date when it was introduced before I go to the university on monday?
