Hi Sorry to reply so late but I did not have proxy enabled in my httpd.conf in apache than the problem is somewhere else

The fact that the sample log entries happened to contain "ProxyHunter" as one of the browsers is irrelevant (you snipped the other two entries). The log entries look like proxy logs because the requests aren't for local files.
