Dear hackbod,
about "...you can make such modifications as desired.",I have some
questions,
when the code is avaible:
    1)can I make a deep modifications about android,including System
architecture,
API,and etc.
2)can I add new API,such as c/c++ sdk? or do some many chinese
related localization work?
I remembered every developers can take the root in android
introductions before, I am
very excited, and heartily grateful to your great work. I don't know
whethere there are some
restrictions with the modification and distribution on the android.can
you tell us some more in detail?

Best Regards
