I upgraded from 0.9.7 to 0.9.9 (took about 15 mins in d/l). However, I am using Eclispe 3.6 (hides under desk in fear of being shouted at).
Although, after the upgrade, I did have to remove and re-add the AndroidVendingLicensing library, as it got confused and seem to appear twice in my projects.
