Ok, to start, let me flatly admit that I am now completely confused, or, at least, I think I am....or maybe not.... :-) Let's see if I've got this straight. The user has 48 hours, but in reality, can only use the first 15 minutes; they have 48 hours to contact you, but if you don't have the ability to credit their debit/credit card, carrier account (and who does?), etc., they have to go through Google checkout, and only have 15 minutes from time of purchase to do so there. Is that correct?
