用Android SDK and AVD Manager安装Google API 插件出问题，说不能装载包，连接超时，另外，在Android SDK and AVD Manager不能显示未安装的包，因此，在Android SDK and AVD Manager没有显示Google API 插件,是什么原因?求帮助。
