Hi all, I think I know what the question is and actually I have the same issue. In my case what I need to do is overlay a picture of a building's plans over google maps. The problem is that I need to align, rotate and stretch the image so that it fits right over the building. I have the coordinates of the 4 corners of the plans. the principle is similar to Google Floor Plans <http://maps.google.com/help/maps/floorplans/>.
