Only if you built your own edition of Android. It is entirely possible to have an NFC tag point to a URL that, in turn, points to an APK file. At best, all this will do is download the file. The user will still have to manually indicate that they want to install it, manually go through the installation steps, and manually start the app once installed. -- Mark Murphy (a Commons Guy) http://commonsware.com | http://github.com/commonsguy http://commonsware.com/blog | http://twitter.com/commonsguy _The Busy Coder's Guide to Android Development_ Version 4.6 Available! -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
