Description: Job Summary This individual will be responsible for leading ServiceNow platform and work on ServiceNow ITIL, Request fulfillment, CMDB, Knowledge management and Cloud provisioning modules. In this role, the individual will assists in reviewing requirements, developing solutions, and providing technical direction.
