Work with vendor to deploy codes. · *Troubleshoot web issues *– work with Hiscox IT, Marketing and external vendors to troubleshoot website issues across multiple platforms (A/B testing, Tealium tag management, Moovweb mobile site, marketing agencies, Live Chat, etc.) integrated with website. · *Manage Server support for Drupal *– work with Hiscox IT and external vendors to manage Acquia Cloud server (CloudFlare), redirects, server level publishing between multiple environments, integration of external platforms into Drupal, etc. · *In-house Drupal expert* – as our Drupal expert, we look to you for recommendation on software platforms, modules, functionalities, build/design, user experiences, mobile solutions, etc. to take the website to the next level. · *Collaborate with multiple departments* – able to effectively communicate and support – written and verbal - with branches in Marketing, Hiscox IT, Graphic Designers and external vendors. Be able to explain complex technologies to non-technical team members. · *Digital Marketing/SEO* – a good knowledge of how online marketing works including SEO. *Performance & Success Measures* · Deliver high quality work/projects on time · Be able to work successfully between multiple departments · Adapt to new technologies and increasing role to meet growing business demand *Requires Profile* · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field · 10 years’ experience as a Drupal Developer, preferably Drupal v.8 · Advanced programming experience in PHP, Javascript, JQuery/AJAX/JSON, HTML5, CSS3, and XML. · Proficient programming experience in SQL.
