The ideal candidate should have experience with the process of creating, developing and managing portal instances and portlets within IBM Portal, and be familiar with the administrative dashboard in WebSphere for management of both Portal instances and content libraries. For WCM/DEM, the candidate should have experience designing and developing a web content architecture and respective content based artifacts within each platform. *Technical Skills:* 1. Working knowledge of IBM’s Web Content Manager (WCM)/Digital Experience Manager (DEM) *Non Technical:* 1. Bachelor's (B.S.) degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline *required, plus 1-3 yrs. of general business analysis experience*, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Experience working in an IT consulting environment across various industries and project types is preferred. 2. Desire to positively contribute and support team members 3. Be comfortable working with customers onsite 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills 5. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities 6.
